Deal is good, just a heads up though as of this deal:

lakeviewdave has to make 10 cuts if he wants to fulfill his trades and keep both his prospects that need to be promoted. and he would forfeit his 9th round pick ( assuming the promotion of the prospects)

roscodog will need to cut 10 in order to fulfill his trades and promote his lone prospect that needs promoting.

How does the math add up that I need to cut 14? Maybe I still don't totally get this rule? I have enough drops to make to ensure I have picks to cover the ones I've traded.

Your are right, my math for you was wrong, you need to cut 10 and that would let you promote Gausman and be at 30.
