12) Effective with the 2013 card set, we will start the annual free agent draft on May 1, with no clock in 1st round of any drafts after that, whether free agent, supplemental, or prospect.

I have leagues staged to start in Feb, Mar, Apr, May, and Jul -- too many starting at once is not as much fun!
