I'm sorry, Bombers, but you're being hypocritical, inaccurate, and cherry-picking. So your statement only shows your bias against me, particularly since you took my quote out of context and misread it. You said nothing about this statement by Teamnasty:
Tulo (the current gold standard but not close to being in the argument for best ever)
which said my previous statement was wrong, something you complain about above.
He also made this statement:

As to
my statement. I never said Tulowitzki was the best player, nor that my evaluation of him was absolutely correct. I said I was absolutely correct that he belonged in
the argument for best shortstop ever and he absolutely does. Nobody
can prove otherwise, so I'm absolutely correct in that statement. I suggest you read posts better before you wrongly malign them and/or their writer, as you have done to me.
Negative, erroneous posts like yours above are
truly what are damaging the Forum.
