There was prior discussion of a provision that you didn't have to select from a letter (e.g., "Q") if you previously selected (not skipped) from that letter. Is that a definite provision for this league now? If so, should we designate a formal identification (e.g., "prior letter skip") to differentiate such from one of our 3 normal skips?
So for example, in a later round, if a Manager had previously selected from "Y", "A", and "B", has a normal skip left, and the prior Manager's selection was "W", he could theoretically go past:
X - no players
Y - prior letter skip
Z - uses a remaining normal skip
A - prior letter skip
B - prior letter skip
all the way to C
Is that correct?
Thanks,
