ATG Franchise League

Had an idea to play with some of the teams no one ever uses. EXP/100m/DH/lowest drop available (think its 10%)

Can only use the cards on your selected team, and only cards that are on that team - if a card is on more than one team, whoever gets it gets it - have to use a stadium from the exp set of the team you select - OK, after the league is full we will run a radomizer to set the order for the franchise draft - Must select one of the following franchises after the draft order is set:

CAL (LAA)
NYM
TEX
SEA
OAK
TOR
MON
MIL
KC
CHW
CHC

and for the 12th franchise a combined set of === AZ/COL/FLA and SD to make a team.

Tom, I think you need to run a randomizer after 12 people sign up or otherwise getting owners to sign up for spots 10-12 may be difficult.

DH or no DH?

Might be easier using any guys that played with that franchise Tom, carded or not.

carded is easier because you can simply view them in the drop down rather than lots of research. I like the fact that most teams will have to use a scrub or two in the lineup.

Someone will have to decide the age old question for the Mets.....Robin Ventura or David Wright at 3B?
The White Sox owner will have to decide what to do with Thome, Dick Allen & Frank Thomas. Do you dare put Allen at 3B with his 4e38 or try for Ventura? Lots of interesting possibilities with all the franchises!

I'll play. But I'd prefer to randomize for a team draft.
