I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.
Also, what does it matter if you are right, can prove you are right, and everyone agrees you are right ....
If after all is said and done nobody wants to be in same room with you.
If the only thing people around you are allowed to say is ditto, what you said, doesn't that make for a short and boring conversation?
As to the top 10 shortstops total agreement is difficult. That can be interpreted many ways.
Which 10 would I want on the field when healthy?
Which 10 I would want on my team right now?
Which 10 I would want on my team now and for the next 10 years.
Point here is you may ask the simple question who are the Top Ten Shortstops Right Now but humans being humans will translate that question in to one of the more narrows ones above or another similar one.
It is a good baseball question. Should make for good discussion. But only if everyone is allowed an opinion without having to deal with their opinion getting nit-picked to pieces.
