It's all good YountFan.

He gets a free skip because he already too "Y"
He gets a skip on "X" because they're are none
He uses ONE of his 3 skips to move past Z to A

The LETTER skips and your 3 elective skips can be used 1x each per turn.
You can NOT use two Letter Skips or Two Elective skips in one turn.

I think I gave an example earlier to clarify. I'll find it on the Chat
