First of all, TN, you spend way too much time thinking about what I say or what I will say. For your own sake, I suggest you stop that; it's odd.[/quote]

It's not odd, it's very funny how everyone on here can predict your wording in your attempts at discrediting valid opinions. Doesn't contributing and replying to a forum topic require thinking about what other people have posted so far?

What is odd and creepy, is that no matter what time of day, you will have a rebuttal within around twenty minutes. (no life?)

What is odd, is that any time a counter opinion is so solid that you need to address the person for being odd, possessive, obsessed or a stalker, instead of, or in addition to, addressing the valid counter points.

What is very odd, is your infatuation with adjectives like cute, precious, charming and your way overused favorite, adorable. I seriously don't think I have ever heard a male use the word adorable. Might want to try a thesaurus, preferably one for men.

What is odd is that you can use your favorite feminine adjectives over and over but why do we never see the phase "I respectfully disagree" from you.

The subject at hand, that got you going back on your word of trying to be less confrontational and condescending this new year, is Tulowitski. Sure he is off to a good start to his career but one of the best ever is a stretch. He is just a .275 hitter (not impressive) away from Coors and only a .250 when the game is on the line (7th through 9th innings) no matter what park. He needs to be a reliable, consistent shortstop for a while before he can move up the all time SS ladder. We should all be able to simply address these facts without you slipping in your snide remarks or telling us about our reading skills. Perhaps, this reading and comprehension issue that you speak of so often, might be a reflection on your writing since you need to edit a large majority of your posts.

Sigh...
I came on here solely b/c I was interested in the new set and of course see
that a certain someone is still as needlessly confrontational as ever.

What is odd, Bedjam, is that you came on this thread to spew all that ridiculous nonsense to me and about me. As I've told you many times before, I suggest you get over thinking about me and move on with your life. I have no time for your obsession. I will however address some of your ridiculous points.
It's not odd, it's very funny how everyone on here can predict your wording in your attempts at discrediting valid opinions. Doesn't contributing and replying to a forum topic require thinking about what other people have posted so far?

Yes, people predicted I would use typical arguments. What a shock. As I've said before, they are typical counterarguments. Since everybody uses them, those predictions weren't so prescient. And no, thinking about what a specific person who is not your friend, co-worker, or relative isn't normal. It's creepy, just like your thinking about me is creepy.
What is odd and creepy, is that no matter what time of day, you will have a rebuttal within around twenty minutes. (no life?)

Firstly, your writing all those sentences to me about me doesn't speak well of your life, so I understand your projecting. If you had a good one, you wouldn't be wasting that time on me. As to my posts, I do post during office hours and when I write, so sometimes I respond to posts to me after they're posted; sometimes I dont. If you want to misread into that, knock yourself out.
What is odd, is that any time a counter opinion is so solid that you need to address the person for being odd, possessive, obsessed or a stalker, instead of, or in addition to, addressing the valid counter points.

If the shoe fits, BJ. You have been stalking me around this forum. I would bet that almost all of your last 10-15 posts on the 20xx forum have been to me and/or about me. That is truly creepy and makes you a stalker. if you don't like me accurately calling you that, stop stalking me.
What is very odd, is your infatuation with adjectives like cute, precious, charming and your way overused favorite, adorable. I seriously don't think I have ever heard a male use the word adorable. Might want to try a thesaurus, preferably one for men.

I have no infatuation with those adjectives, although they are great adjectives. Despite your claims, many men use them. I don't always use them either, although they certainly have applied to you. Maybe you shouldn't earn them so much... ;)
What is odd is that you can use your favorite feminine adjectives over and over but why do we never see the phase "I respectfully disagree" from you.
There' no requirement to say "I respectfully disagree." As you may have noted, Teamnasty clearly told me I was "wrong." There's nothing wrong with that. How come I've never heard the phrase "I respectfully disagree" from you. Again, Bedjam, you have to stop your projection.
Perhaps, this reading and comprehension issue that you speak of so often, might be a reflection on your writing since you need to edit a large majority of your posts.

Perhaps you're wrong. I do edit my posts sometimes. I know you don't grasp this, but the best writers in the world--novelists, playwrights, screenwriters, et al.--all edit. That being said, I don't edit most of my posts; the posts on this thread prove that. So, that was your last of many ridiculous claims on your post.

So, BJ, do you plan to finally get over me, or are you going to write 6 more nonsensical sentences about me? For your sake, and everybody's, I suggest you move on and give your significant other the attention you give me...if you have one.

You proved everyone of my observations true. First you replied in twenty minutes but deleted it instead of an edit this time. I'm obsessive any time we contribute to the same topic. You addressed the person instead of the subject once your opinion gets blown away.

You are insignificant and you are getting the attention you crave. Is that close enough?

However, I left out the most common observation. Your adolescent need to have the last word. Actually, your adolescent need to have the last word is charming and adorable. ;)

What time are we allowed to use CAPS and does using bold have similar time restraints?

Clearly, Strat is OK with people being rude and annoying (example: l.strether not being asked to clean up his act) So, as long as you decide to continue with your social ineptitude and rudeness, we will continue to treat you as you treat others.

I was apparently right about your significant other... ;)

Thank you for that bizarre rant of yours, Bedjam. The only one who has proven anything is you with your continued fixation. I have no idea what deleted post you are talking about; you are now even imagining posts. As to post response time, you responded to my post 20 minutes after I posted it. So your sad projections still continue.

It's also sadly pathetic that you cry about my "manners" on the forum while you vomit out actually adolescent invectives like "insignificant." And you can't cry about people having the last word while you respond to my response. You started your twisted discourse with me, It's appropriate I get to finish it.

So, good luck with your future courtships, BJ. I suggest you don't use the approaches you've used with me... ;)

Your first section that started with " What is odd, Bedjam (sic), is that you..." was posted alone before you removed it to add the rest of your reply. I guess I should not be surprised that you are not man enough to admit that.

Another quick response; what a shock. Now you're making up imaginary openings to your imaginary posts. How impressive. You also apparently have to have the last word, yourself. Here's a tip, Bedjam, when you whine about someone else always wanting the last word, you really need to stay quiet yourself.

I use "adorable" and I am male. The caveat is that a puppy or kitten must be in view.

To he who must not be mentioned:

I wonder how taxing it must be to be an expert on so many topics;
Film, Sports, Music, Literature etc.

It just can't be easy knowing how much more your opinion on a subject means than everyone else's,
and that you must lead the discussion at all times while giving approval and disapproval to everyone's posts.

But hey, I digress...am waiting to see some new cards.

That's too bad, Turtle. As I said in my response to Bedjam, many men, including our best male authors use those adjectives...even when kitties aren't around. Secure men should never worry about their masculinity when making their appropriate word choices.
