Seems like there's been some major inflation ! What used to be 100 millions leagues will change into 120 million ones.

Mainly for hitters

- C.Gomez: 9 millions !

- Altuve (nice bat but mostly vs. lefties and a 3 at def) : 9 millions !

- V.Martinez 9 millions (no D)

- Pearce 9 millions (no D)

What were about 6-7 millions worth is now 8-9 millions instead. This disease doesn't seem to touch the pitchers.

Dang, I was trying my own hacking and have not succeeded. Because I'm in several keepers, I would love to be able to see the players right now to get ready for the drops/drafts. Anyone care to PM me the secret?

Ha, I tried too. Reminds me of my company...monthly financial results are finalized and available workday 6...same time every month...yet everyone starts asking for immediate reports and analysis on workday 5, without fail. Lol...I run one of our financial centers, so you can imagine how frustrating that request can be "really? Can't wait just one more day like every month?" Guess I'm on the other side of the fence when comes to SOM though! Even if it launches in 6 hours, I wanna see the cards now!

I'm sure he's close more like 8.77 for Pearce, 8.23 for Altuve (for a 3 that is just ok vs RHP), but close enough, I see where he is coming from.

Seeing those expected/projected/draft prices makes me think:

I suppose it would be a nightmare in IT logistics, but I find myself wishing that SOM could do a market analysis on the results of the 12 team, $80M leagues and do price adjustments. Some headline guys rarely get used because the market in the 12-team, $80 judges a player grossly over-priced while some scrubs become stars because they are under-priced (according to the reaction of the market). Heck, an auction style league might be enticing, too.

I'm not sure how they figure out their pricing at this point. I do now back with TSN, they were over-valuing OBP too much (IMHO, and I always argued against) and my initial look I think they might have gone even further with that, which isn't a good thing.

Also, they may (again I have no idea) plan for a $90 mil league, so that 80 and 100 are both, in a way, balanced.
