I'm not in favor of the live draft (but I'll go with majority rules). Skipping the who's eligible for this league issues that shut it down last time (and which make the AL/NL league really the only viable one for which this can be used), last time the draft was projecting to take four or five hours by the time the final picks were made. That's almost as much time as I put into the snake draft (albeit spread out over two weeks or so). Plus we started that one at 10 PM Eastern/7 Pacific on a Sunday night - there would have been a lot of unhappy people at our offices the next day.
