Looks like we have 12 plus twinsfan as an additional owner if needed. Questions:

* How does the free agent draft work? I assume the franchise draft order is selected via randomizer and the 12th owner in the franchise gets first pick of all free agents (reverse order of the franchise). Seems like the fairest option. Is that right? Then the 2nd round of free agents - reverse order of the 1st round of free agents or does the 12th owner get to go first again; that would seem to be the most fair option.

* I also assume no trades from the rules, which is fine.

* Assuming that owners need to use the stadium of their picked franchise - is that correct?
