Just to let everyone know where they stand ( I have not looked at the cuts already made when figuring this out):

I have 2 prospects, Heany and Norris. Unless I'm totally missing something as I don't have access to rosters right now. Is Gausman listed as a prospect? If so I will be promoting him.

Yes Gausman is the ONLY prospect you have to promote, the other 2 were drafted last year and as such are eligible to stay on your prospect roster for another year, so you will need to add the Gausman promotion to your cuts list.
