Please do not sign up for this league to try to game the system for a free credit. This is for people who just want to play their favorite teams and the adjustments made are to give you a chance to play your team even if they suck, not to choose the right one who will dominate this format. So for those of you who want to coach one of your favorite teams against the rest of us, let's go!!!


I read that as if we are really just trying to stick with our team and NOT our team plus 3 superstars from un-drafted teams. Maybe we can have a rule that says the 3 free agents CAN NOT exceed $10M total.

does that sound good? or less...or more....just like the idea of JUST playing our team and not our team plus 3 superstars.

That will only further limit people from playing their favorite team if their favorite team is not all that good. The salary cap will keep it fair but some teams won't be able to compete without those three extra players. I do not think a further limit on the three free agents is a good idea. However, since I have not yet committed it is obviously up to you guys and the person who started the theme.

I agree. $80M cap and 22 players from one team should be sufficient.

ok. sounds fine. just was trying to make it more about each team and less about building the Power team.

i have one more option to try and get this moving.

How about me do the free agent draft in reverse-order of the teams' selected Win-Loss record in 2014, instead of last person to sign up to first person.

the way we have it now actually encourages you to wait to sign up and try to get a last spot.

That sounds fine with me, don't see why anyone would have a problem with ordering the draft based on actual team records. fair enough. hopefully this will fill up soon, I'm trying to recruit some guys I play with in keeper leagues to get in here...

I am interested and have been following this thread, just waiting for you to hash out the rules first. I don't have a favorite team or any team as I don't follow baseball anymore. I will however pick a team I would like to manage or a park I would like to play at.

3. unleashed set, 80M/DH/random divisions.
