It's not precisely fair, but there is fairness to it. It could even be argued that there is benefit to picking later, because you can scout your opposition's choices.

I almost took Rogers Stadium, thinking it would give my RH SP* a bit of a long ball advantage. But in the end I went for Great American Ballpark's MaxBPHR all the way around, while constricting LH singles vs my RH SP* ; thinking Ortiz is going to go berserk while NWalker, Heyward and one more LH free agent will provide studly counterbalance to any hard RH thrown against us.
