I love that Posey card, but IMO don't really think we need it right now.

Ya got Dietz, Smith, Snyder, Haller etc... All have spent time with SF/NY Giants.

I didn't go through all the pages. Pedroia is a nice addition, but BOS already has Doerr.


I would like to see players added that can immediately help the franchises that desperately need players.
ie. Arizona/Colorado etc...

I voted for Reyes on the Mets, because they need someone other than Buddy @ SS.


Please vote wisely guys... If you're gonna vote for someone, let it be their best year. Like I said awhile back, Gary Carter is my favorite all time Met. We didn't need his card added. We already had a good card.

Agree that Reyes is needed to help the Mets for franchise league purposes. I once had a Mets/ Expos franchise league team and had to platoon Harrelson with Tim Foli. Even with the platoon advantage, they hit about .185 with a combined 10 extra base hits on the season. I'd prefer to use a more representative season for Reyes (2006 or 2007), but I sense that's a losing battle.

For Arizona/ Colorado, they're still nowhere near the point where they could even fill a roster for franchise leagues.

2003 Vernon WELLS- Jays need a good CF option (735ab/215hts/49doubles/33hr/909 ops), multiple all-star and gold glover

instead of playing Barfield in centre, reducing his defence and they dont even have his 40 hr year to boot!

2006 BJ RYAN- Jays need a good lefty in pen(86kin 70 ip/0.85 whip)
2009 Adam LIND- Strictly a platoon vs rhp
2000 Tony Batista-35 hr vs rhp
1999 Matt Stairs (not a Jay that year, but one of the best ever by a Canadian)
2000 Shannon Stewart

Agree with the Luis Gonzalez 2001 card.
Add in the Craig Counsell 2001 card to help out the Diamondbacks.

I nominate Mike Adams from the 2009 set ; One of the best relief pitchers cards I have ever seen as evidenced by his high price tag of $ 6.890. He has an ERA of .73 and aWHIP of .59 ! I was hoping to find a player from one of the very weak franchises such as the Marlins or the Rockies; however Adams would help a very mediocre San Diego franchise.

a ridiculous HR per 12 plate appearances against RHP. I remember seeing him in person in Yankee Stadium it was almost expected he would hit one out every time that year.
