Remember, although they're high end, they're still prospects (except Abreu), and probably half of them will bust, and by that I mean put up cards that are not that useful in a 12-team league more often that not. Look at Profar as just 1 cautionary tale.
And another for instance - Pederson's D is said to be OK in CF but definitely not above average. So let's say he gets a 3 range year after year and has ongoing trouble with LHPs (as he has had in the minors) but puts up .280/.350/.450 vs RHs. That puts him in the $4-5M salary bracket - maybe useful but not a star.
If Betts can put up a 2 range anywhere his bat should be playable, his floor is probably higher than the other 2 OFs, but I would not go counting chickens on Pederson & Polanco in this format. The bar is so much higher with only 12 teams, it's one reason I will often go for cards early vs. "BPA" in these drafts and save my prospecting for later rounds...
