i don't think Moncada is available for the draft due to when he signed.

Turtle - Moncada was signed after 3/1 so is not available. Given that, let me know if you want to rescind the trade we made.

True, Moncada did not officially sign a contract until after March 1st so he is not available in this draft. The signing has to be listed in MLB's transactions by March 1st.
