24 TKL Let's Play Two - SUPP Draft Cuts Due 7/11

The Googledoc lists Lyons twice in AZPanthers' roster.

AJ Burnett does not appear on TheChamp's roster. TheChamp picked him in the 7th round of the FA draft. It appears adding Burnett would put TheChamp 1 player over the roster limit.

The googledoc shows AZP with 31 players - 2 C, 2 1B, 3 2B, 3 3B, 2 SS, 1 LF, 2 CF, 2 RF for 17 hitters, and 9 SP (counting Lyons twice) and 5 RP for 14 pitchers. So his roster should be correct if Jack just deletes the duplicate Lyons. But then the counting function at the bottom is messed up and all rosters are suspect.

Mine is right, other than Chris Davis for Gaby Sanchez (and, eventually, Nomar Mazara) hasn't been added to the rosters yet.

Champ's last pick was Skip Schumaker - so I think he should just be forced to cut Skip to get back to 30 guys, assuming that the rest of his roster is right.

Have not had much time lately to update or verify roster numbers. PLEASE check your own rosters, I think I mentioned that once or twice . Drop Schumacher.

Rules Change Proposal

Vote on a change to the prospect draft eligibility rule, rule will be changed to the following if vote passes:

Players are eligible for the prospect draft as long as they have not made an apearance in a MLB regular season game through the end of the previous MLB regular season (example - for the 2016 prospect draft the deadline would be the end of the 2015 MLB regular season). Players may be drafted regardless of contract status and playing level, i.e. minor leaguers, foreign players, college/high school players and everyone else who has not played in a MLB regular season game are eligible for the draft.
