Can someone run the randomizer for draft positions?

I have a question regarding the "kings" Can they be dropped or must we keep our draft picks?

so Billy Sample and Bobby Thigpen @ $3 mil are in the <=/non-King players.

Can we select our scrub in any of the 4 draft rounds?

Yes, kings can be dropped and replaced with new Kings.

No, scrub has to be in Round 4.
