They're here! 21 new players have been added to ATG this afternoon. The player additions (along with their salaries) are listed below:
Abreu, Bobby 8.78
Barnes, Ross 11.44
Beltre, Adrian 8.5
Glaus, Troy 7.38
Gonzalez, Luis 10.15
Grabarkewitz, Billy 5.50
Hoiles, Chris 7.17
Keeler, Willie 6.45
Molina, Yadier 7.43
Ordonez, Magglio 9.62
Pedroia, Dustin 7.48
Posey, Buster 7.99
Reyes, Jose 5.18
Rolen, Scott 9.56
Sierra, Ruben 5.95
Zernial, Gus 4.23
Bouton, Jim 5.82
Cummings, Candy 7.47
Kershaw, Clayton 9.98
Nelson, Roger 4.95
Seward, Ed 9.38
For each one, this is their first card in the ATG set. The only exception is Keeler. He was put in as had been put in with the 2nd group of nominations, but the wrong year was nominated. We are adding him now so that the year that was originally intended is in.
The new Excel spreadsheet with these additions can be found here.
As usual, only new teams will see them and they will not be available for leagues already in progress. For leagues that haven't filled yet, you will be able to add these players by leaving the league and then changing your draft list.
In other news, the 2014 Barnstormers Tournament has completed! Congrats go out to the two finalists, Labratory and gkhd11a! The finals went the full 7 games which was tied going into the top of the 9th. A leadoff single by Labratory's Bobby Wallace brought in Al McBean to pitch. Reynolds pinch hit for the pitcher and doubled moving Wallace to third. George Selkirk missed a ballpark homerun, but it was enough to bring in Wallace for the winning run.
Congrats again to both of you! They each won tickets to an MLB park of their choice!
