Negro Leagues vs MLB *NeL Draft*

Sorry for the confusion.

Probably using Franchise tag incorrectly here. MLB teams will be made up of any players and not tied to their top picks franchise.

The NeL teams should private message me their 4th pick as the NeL player draft will be ranked by total value of their first four picks. Reggie sent me his on this board, that's alright but I'd prefer the PMessage. I've received nels52's. I will be dropping myself to the 12th pick since I'll be privy to the NeL picks.

I've PM'd rburgh to let him know its his pick. I'm hopeful the pace picks up or we will need to decide on a reduced board draft. Candidly I don't mind going a little slower as this concept has some gaps that we need to address as they come up.
