That was my mistake in listing them for both teams as choices when we started. I'm not going to worry about it.

The pace will pick up if we switch to Diamond Dope. It's simple to set up. Not only can people use proxies, but there is a clock that will skip picks if a manager fails to make picks within the allotted time. The clock can be turned on and off and the allotted time can be adjusted. The first day or two I usually have the clock off to give everybody a chance to get on board and then set it for 3 hours afterward. The clock is off at about 11 PM Eastern time and resumes about 8 AM Eastern time, so nobody has to worry about getting up in the middle of the night to make a pick. Diamond Dope also keeps track of how much money each teams spends, and the number of rounds can be adjusted.

I suggest that we consider switching to Diamond Dope first before going to the auto draft. It should be pretty easy, as those who have already drafted some players can simply enter those picks with their first few draft picks and once those are exhausted can move on to new picks. The first few rounds should be especially fast, as all of the NeL teams already have 4-5 players and can simply use proxies for those already picked until the MLB teams catch up.
