I have feeling that at some point I will be the one with the Sox/Royals and the plan as you stated sounds fair. Just to clarify , I will have the first free agent pick and then If I decide not to take Collins I will receive a supplemental pick after all the other picks have been made. BILL [PICK #12]

You will have the pick associated with your franchise; if indeed it turns out to be the Chisox/Royals, that will be the 3rd pick in the FA draft. (Braves/A's first, Pirates/Astros 2nd) You'll also get Wilhelm and Collins added back into your roster. You may also decide to select another free agent - on the 13th pick - to replace either Wilhelm or Collins if you like.
