Multiple Season Championships

I'm purposing an event spaning the most popular sets available: 60s,70s, 80s, 90s, ATG8, 1986, 1999. Ending with the championship in the 2014 set. Using the guidelines set forth in the current player's championship. Anyone interested? I think it would prove who is the real Strat Champion and the most skilled players.

I would be interested if:

1. There is a random live draft each league.
2. There are 24 team leagues.
3. The winner is decided by total wins. One win per regular season win and one win per playoff win. No bonus points for winning playoffs.
