NeL vs MLB - CTS LOAD NOW!

I'll be out of the loop Saturday and most of mid june.

• 100 mil cap
• 23 mil min must be used for all Bench, Relievers and 5th SP (even after dropping down to 24 if desired). Which will leave 77 mil max for your 4 other SP’s and 8 Starting Position players
• All MLB Players must be carded for the years 1920 to 1955, except for those assigned to the NeL, which are limited to the years assigned
• MLB teams are allowed only 1 player at $10 mil or above
• Pure Relief pitchers must cost $2.73 mil or less
• Only two Bench players below $1.5 mil allowed. The remaining bench guys must average over $3 mil. NeL teams, with the limited bench players available, go ahead and draft two non-NeL players less than 1.5 mil, the rest should be from the NeL or from the list of eligible MLB players.

• All SP’s on MLB teams must be greater than $3 mil
• NeL teams must draft a NeL 5th SP. If a NeL team chooses to carry a 10th Pitcher and that pitcher has a SP rating it can be from the NeL or the MLB set. BUT staying with the intent of this league, that 10th Pitcher value IF FROM THE MLB SET cannot exceed the value of your 5th SP on a NeL team.
* Remember 4 of your RP’s must be pure RP, no SP rating. Your 5th SP can have a RP rating as well as your 5th RP.

Mark, you missed one. Somewhere along the line Rosie said that a 6th starter, if used, had to be $2.73 mil or less.

Don't forget to pick the players you already own at the bottom of your draft card.

Question - Are these division settings? 1 = East, 2 = Central, 3 = West? I entered my team this morning, In the Central, so as to not hold things up. But I see Lanier is in the Central also. I'm I misunderstanding? I'll try and check in on my lunch break. If I'm wrong I'll pull my team then.

All teams need to adhere to the 23 mil bench requirement. The AD will create some challenges I'm sure, so your continued patience is needed thanks! I'm reluctant to add my team at this time because of concern that this league will start or want to start by monday, and I will have no time over the weekend to fine tune it to the specifications that you are requesting. Frankly, I don't see how it can all fit within the specified parameters.

Understood and a see your perspective. When I modeled the teams it worked but there's no ability to take into account manager preferences and drafts. While I'm sure some of you are anxious (or just tired) and want to get the league going, having the extra time to massage the rosters is likely the right direction.

Musial, where do you see the challenges?

My bad. I took my team out. Tell me when to load it back.

Thanks for jumping out of the league guys. Andy it looks like you need to get out to move into the right division. I thought it would automatically just move you there, guess not.
