Cannot BELIEVE Kershaw lasted to the 6th round!
My top NL draft picks woulda been McCutchen, Stanton, Kershaw as Gold Silver Bronze. After that, there's definitely a drop off to Tulo; the injury is just too much. Rizzo plays a deep position, so he feels less urgent a pick. Fiers is obviously the runner-up non* SP, and so on, downward from there.
Kershaw might even have been a #1 pick for me if I had it; I've already had McCutchen and Stanton would mean I'd likely build a HR-centric team, and I just did that. Kershaw is a singular talent, even without the SP*, and I'm tickled to get him.
ALSO: Wouldn't it make more sense to include the salaries than the teams on the draft list? I think usually we put in the total escalating price at the end of the expanding draft list, right?
