HAL seems to love Aaron Sanchez, no matter how I restrict him. Just can't recall if you get penalized for being over 200 innings. Thanks.
Is there a super reliever penalty this year?

It's covered in the rules. No, there is no penalty.

Then you had better results with Sanchez than I had; I couldn't hardly get HAL to use him more than a R1.
