How can Tom Seaver not be reserved for the Mets?

Remember the theme of this league..Tom Seaver never pitched for the Mets when Davey Johnson was the manager. Seaver pitched for the Reds when Sparky Anderson was the manager. If the Reds do not AD Seaver, he would be an eligible free agent for the Mets..

The Reds needed SP for a $120 cap league.. Seaver helps balance the teams. The Mets have deep SP even without Seaver..
