Support Response Time

Wait, did Geekor say somehting...

I'm fairly certain they arent ignoring you... or are they?

On a more serious note... Whenever I had a problem in the past, they were corrected easily within a 24 hour window.

No gripes from this happy customer with their response time.

hmmm.. ok.. weird.

I guess I will send another email summarizing both and hope to get a response this time.

I've never been given a warning or anything, hopefully they aren't ignoring me
