The rules require that the prospect draft be random and serpentine, so I will request a random list in the main Strat forum. The results will be keyed to the basic draft sequence as published in this thread.

For prospect draft, does it still make sense to have the order random and serpentine after the first year? The team with worst record should get the first pick? If not, I would propose 1. to change this rule, or 2. to have the draft order for prospect draft set after the 2nd season is complete, so that if prospect picks are dealt then you will know where those picks are in the order.

I voted against a random and serpentine prospect draft myself, but those are the current rules.
