2007-2014 Franchise League - Frank is up then Load teams

The draft engine will only allow one card of each player to be drafted. Albert '08 and Albert '13 are treated as the same player and only one of them (whichever is ranked higher) will end up on a roster. I don't know how the draft engine decides which one if they're both ranked the same though, but as far as I know, it's the same as when there's normally a tie in an autodraft with cards in the same season.

If this stretched back a few more years I'd have done the same thing, but being that my favorite team is the Mets and the only real superstars they have in this set are Wright and Harvey felt it would be a disadvantage.

So I had 2 teams researched and ready to go. Detroit and the Dodgers.. So showing my growth as a baseball fan (Red Sox fan since '67), I'm taking the (gulp) Yankees.

Thanks Ironwill for leaving our Bosox to me. They have plenty of hitting. I just hope the rotation can hold up. But then again what is new for the Red Sox?

noticed a problem. Look at Tim Hudson. He is made into 2 different people. one for his 07,08,14 seasons and one for his 09-13 seasons.

that needs fixed if possible somehow.


there may be others as well

found same problem. look at Roy Halladay. has 2 different entities. ONe is 07 and 08 Toronto and the other is 09-13 mixed Toronto and Philly.

we may want to get these issues resolved. I'm sure there are more. Might want to send a note to whomever set up this "shuffle league"

when I enter Halladay in the search field I get a result that shows his individual season 07-13 with Tor and Phi

If one of the franchises is drafted and the other not....he belongs to the drafted franchise

if both franchises are drafted he goes to the GM that ranked him higher

if neither franchise is drafted in Round 1 he is on the open market for Round 2

am I missing something?
