Anyway, I don't have to make your nonsensical choice. I said ratings guides weren't an unfair advantage because they're not illegal; hence, they're not unfair. That doesn't change the fact they give an advantage over those who don't use them. So, while some comparisons can be made between those who do or don't use them, it is an unapt comparison to say a manager who uses them is better than one who doesn't; they are working from different places.
If anybody wants to address that on another thread, I will do so. However, the OP has requested we remain on the original topic. I'm surprised the posters above me chose not to do so. As I said before, I will let my previous posts on the advantages of using ratings guides stand on the matter.
