KC is not left off, they are an available team. It is Hou, Sea & Tor.

I'm sure the reason for this is to make sure there are only 4 teams per division and there are not 5 teams taken from any one division. As to why those exact teams I assumed that they were deemed to be the weakest options by the commish.

I see...The Royals were incorrectly placed in the West.

Still, if the Commish thinks those teams are the worst three, shouldn't each Owner make his own decision?

Slim Pickens, I'd really like to be able to take the Jays here, but since I can't I'll take the Indians. (If I do badly enough will they move to Miami?)

1. KrazyKat - Tigers
2. 2cityfan - White Sox
3. LMBombers - Angels
4. Musial6 - Yankees
5. carr20- Red Sox
6. Visick- Tampa
7. Modmark - Oakland
8. Jeep - Tex Rangers
9. PILONEUS382 - Indians
10. Falcon29 -
11. FrankM -
12. emart -

KC Royals
Twins
Orioles

I know 2city had a plan from the start, but I wouldn't have a problem if the last slot in the east went to Baltimore OR Toronto. Same with the west and KC OR Seattle.

It is possible however that Tor, Hou or Sea could have been picked by someone else earlier in the draft if they were available from the start or whatever team was picked because they knew they wouldn't have to compete with one of those teams for certain players like Robinson Cano or the like.

Off the top of my head these exclusions would give the yankees the good ichiro cards, berkman, and AJ burnett had a really good one in Toronto too.

Plus Jesus Montero...

And Griffey looked out of place in that chisox jersey, it should be banned.

Replying to Jeep - yeah, they were the third proxy I listed, and as it turned out, my two choices before got taken. I was on the fence between Oak and Tex. I'll probably regret taking them, but they were the least offensive for me at that point. I hope this is a $100m cap, at the most, otherwise the smaller market clubs are toast, I think.

Yep 100M league. Everyone will be able to max out their salary cap without any problem.

Berkman isn't a slam dunk for the Yankees; A J Burnett really good one? Which one? Please clue me in on that. Jesus Montero? He can't catch worth a crap and he's expensive - do I want him? ???? Ichiro? Yeah - I would guess there's more players in a similar situation than just Ichiro. Yankees starting pitching is very suspect if not sucking. Yankees were picked 4th in a randomizer drawing, so three other managers passed on them under the known parameters. Don't see how you can change horses in the middle of the stream!!!

Not sure if everyone's aware of this, but I've read on other threads about multiple player cards
within this all-inclusive 2007 to 2014 that may cause a major cluster **** when we go to draft
and sort things out.

This one pretty well spells out the extent of the duplications:
