Can anyone top this? It's not like there was a F0 situation, Holland stayed a F9. Ross's dropped popup was the killer.

He could make it back, he's only 33, but I'd be surprised if he did so with the Royals. So much of Kotchman's value lies in his sterling defense, and the Royals already have a sterling defender at 1b. And Morales is doing a solid job at dh, and I doubt Kotchman--with his fickle bat--could do any better.

Not sure if I can top that....but I was swept last night....Gave up 3 runs in the 10th inning of ALL THREE games.

according to one source, for MLB games from 1957-2013 (excluding 1999 for some reason), the visitors were losing by 8 runs going into the 9th 1826 times -- and only ONE team ended up winning
