We need to clarify Clock Rule 3 about Clock or No Clock on Saturday & Sunday. Also, Item #5 did not pass as written.
Please vote on these 2 Rules as written below:

Rule 3
3. On any Draft, vote No Clock or Clock on Saturdays and Sundays.

Rule 5
The Roster FREEZE DEADLINE begins AFTER the last DROPPED Players are announced on the ILC before any Draft.
Rosters are FROZEN until appropriate Draft begins. No Trades are allowed at this time until the appropriate Draft begins.

We need to get the Suplemental FA Draft going. It it Officially on !!!!!

Guys,
We need to vote on Clock or no Clock on Saturdays & Sunday's and the Revision of Item # 5 Proprosal.
Also, since we passed the Clock Rules, they are in effect for the Supplemental FA Daft going on. The other Rule Changes will be in effect with the New Card Set in the Spring of 2016.
