Re-picked Grimsley. YIKES...I hope I didn't miss too many picks

I'm sorry I went to bed before supersore made his pick so I wasn't around to chime in. Darn work schedule is running me ragged. 10+ hours/day for a while.

I put the 80mil rule in there for fairness all around. After the draft and the league is loaded you are free to make any roster moves you desire. I put the stipulation about the 60 mil salary floor just for the managers to keep in mind in case you were to decide to neglect one or two leagues and there not be many high salary players available to draft. Never thought it would be a problem, just trying to cover all bases.
