Here is my message to Strat tech support last night:

20th Century Keeper League :: 1940s ILC thread got locked up somehow
this evening. Please unlock!

This has happened several times over the past year. As I have asked before,
a) can you tell what I might be doing that causes this?
b) If you make me a moderator, will I be able to unlock it myself,
instead of having it sit idle for hours?

and their reply:

It is unlocked now. This is the only thread that gets unlocked like that so we're not exactly sure why it's happening. We'll try to add you as a moderator of that forum so you can lock/unlock threads.
