Oh and my team is in

LOL. Good to have you back NP. (Even if it is for one go-round)

As for my squad. We sort evolved into a team that sounds a bit like GB's. Would have like to have had a bit more speed, but we don't have a ton of power outside of Laroche v RHP and Wieters v LHP. Really good OB and decent clutch hitting. I think we'll score some runs even without a lot of power. OR, we'll lead the league in LOB! :(

As for the pitching I like the combo of wainwright, Samardzija, gray and Lohse and with a backend of Sanchez and Neshek with Duke v LHBs we should be OK.

That said, it's 100 mil league so everyone will be loaded.

GB, what are you doing with all those OFers? At least I assume you're using Santana in CF.

MG, let's see if AT finds some time to get in. I would suggest if we don't fill by tomorrow we just wait and start on July 13. That will give Semper more time to cut players and repick them up. ;)

Anyone else have a thought?

Like GB and Joe I tried for High hit and OB players. Feel good with Brantley/Beltre/Lucroy/Span/Adams/Panik. Glad Semper went with a pitchers park because I'm definitely low team with power and would have been killed with 3 power parks. Good D all around so hopefully can keep most of the HR's given up as solo shots.

Ended up with better pitching that I thought with Fiers/Sale & Betances.

Should be fun

I dont mind starting the week of the 13th, but I am on vacation with no internet access the 13th thru 15th (camping). Long as I can set my team by then, I dont care that we start that week. and its only 3 days I wont have internet.

Again, you guys let me know what day you want me to fill the league, and I will do such.

I agree that we should delay, IF we can't get the league filled by tomorrow - although I hope we get it going this week.

Heard from AT via email. He said he'd try to find a computer tomorrow, but no promises. Thursday for sure.

Fellas, it would be good to get some more opinions on this one.

Please chime in.

I'm probably going to have limited internet access from Friday noon until Tuesday morning, and then again from Tuesday evening until Thursday evening. Then I'm good for awhile. I'll be fine as long as I get to load my team during one of those good internet time windows.

Let me explain - I'll be camping. I Might have good internet, or spotty internet , or no internet. But even with no internet, sometimes we drive into the nearby town, and then I'll have internet .

Waivers isn't that big a deal to me, except that if we start on Monday, I'll just try to get some internet to get some other minor players that I'll need. I'll try to load my waiver choices too .

Joe, regarding my plethora of outfielders, I'm still a little fuzzy on my thinking, but I will generally be playing Santana in CF, except that if I feel like going for more hitting , I might have him at SS. Apart from that , I deliberately chose several players with higher injury possibilities, and I'm going with a 10 man lineup concept, where 1 of them is likely to be injured for long stretches of the season.
