I think it is time to consider some kind of clock. Maybe 12 hrs and if that owner comes up again before selecting, then skip him. And stop the draft before that owner misses his third pick. As for me, if I am on the clock for more than 2 hours during daytime hours, then please skip me.

At this point I can can be skipped any time.

I am able to check in often but others may not be able to with that whole damn work thing. I'm in favor of a clock but I want to make sure someone isn't going to feel screwed by it

There is the rare emergency. Otherwise, if people would just communicate how long you will be gone, others wouldn't have to keep checking in multiple times.

Also, if everyone sent 5 proxies a day to people who are available, we would fly.

Otherwise, yes it is time for a clock. I would suggest a 2 hour clock with an extension of that allowed when communicated.

I got a proxy pick for Fench a couple days ago, but before I could put it in, Bigdinkent picked and it was someone else. He/They still haven't picked the guy that Fench sent me as a proxy. I texted him a couple hours ago to see if he wanted me to put it down for this pick. so we'll see.

of course, I only have the one name, so it'll be his turn again pretty soon afterwards anyway.
