Looks like I missed a lot. With the majority of people saying they could be skipped, I think it's time to start a clock just to make things easier.

From this point on, if a pick hasn't been made in 2 hours, the next person is able to pick. If anyone wants to, they could allow for no clock and just be skipped but everyone will be on at least a 2 hour clock at this point.

The clock will run during the day starting at 8AM on the west coast going through midnight on the east coast.

So that's 11A-12P EST
10A-11P CST
9A-10P MST
8A-9P PST

That way it doesn't start too early for the west coasters and end too late for the east coasters.

The clock will go away if not within that time frame unless the manager states they could be skipped regardless.

I would like all managers who say they could be skipped at any time regardless of clock to reiterate that request just in case.

If anyone has any objections to this now is the time to speak up.
