League 9 will have only nine managers assigned, and we'll see where we're at a week from Thursday.

I'll be out from the 12-19th. The 11th will be a little iffy, but there is the possibility I can get in that night if we're opening leagues up.

Also, I consider myself as a bit of fodder for the tourney (came in at event 2), so it's not absolutely necessary that I get into a league (although I'd be glad to help and I enjoy the play).

You're still eligible for the playoffs, so I'd like to keep you with us.

The league assignments are already set, and at this point I'd like to not start messing with them. So as with stevep107 and the splinter, I have you assigned to a July 20th league, and if you can get loaded up and make necessary roster adjustments, then great. If you don't get into a league due to your other commitments, there are still three open spaces for the July 27th second start date.

The long post with the league assignments has been prepared and will be out tonite at midnight Eastern. I am not going to edit it at this late time. So, you currently have a first start date league assignment. If you can make it in for the July 20th start date, great. But yes, you are ahead of the deadline and can switch to the following week (July 27th start date) if you prefer.

As with the few other managers who have potential conflicts (but are still trying to get in on time), I'll hold a spot for you for that second start date. Most of the second start date managers are volunteers and will be happy to switch with you if necessary.
