Here's where we're at on Wednesday evening:

League 1: Filled
League 2: Filled
League 3: Filled
League 4: Filled
League 5: Needs 1 (4 managers available)
League 6: Filled
League 7: Needs 1 (3 managers available)

We're waiting to hear from the following managers to close out their respective leagues or who need new league assignments:

Okay. We now have eight managers checked in to fill seven spots (six if the splinter shows up next week).

On Thursday at noon, I'll assign some of the checked in managers to close out leagues 5 and 7. We're missing a dozen still, but maybe a few more absentees will wander back to the herd.

I will also open up League 8.

Then, I will invite anyone in League 9 to jump in and close out League 8. If people are paying attention here, we should be able to close out League 8 by the Friday SOM Online deadline, but I cannot make any promises or guarantees at this point. The league might carry over a week.

Then, we have to figure out a way to fill League 9. There's no way I'm going to get 8-11 pure fillers, so I will open it up to tour managers willing to throw in a "second" uncounted team. If you're saving a credit, please hold on to it for a week and consider helping us out.

An additional option is just opening it up as an autoleague, but I need to think on that a bit...

You have to believe Zendoggy, who trails only Marc in the standings, will show up before tomorrow's deadline.

On a completely unrelated note, has there ever been a manager in 101st place as underrated as jmooore1966??

He is definitely going to catch a few people unaware when Event 5 starts...
