Am I correct in assuming the 2016 1st round Prospect pick in in the Spring Prospect draft and Not the Summer Prospect draft between season 1 and 2???

also, thisisray can not accept another prospect with out dropping one, his prospect roster is full at 10, he needs to make a prospect drop to complete this deal. He is not allowed to make a cut on his active roster to promote one, that is not allowed in the rules.

Once I get ray's prospect drop form this deal I send out updated rosters. Figure you guys will need them with the flurry of activity of late.
