Hurrah for Brock Holt

Brock Holt can't even get a starting position for the lowly Boston Red Sox but he turns out to be their only representative in the All Star game. Holt plays virtually every day but he never knows where he will be playing. Lately he has been playing 2B while Pedroia is on the DL but generally he could be penciled in at any position other than catcher or pitcher. He gives 110% every day.

Boegarts was deserving too but not enough room on the team.

Couldn't agree more...as a Red Sox fan, watching the Sox day in and day out, I couldn't be happier. He, Betts, and Pedroia always give 110%, while the rest...well...they are in last

I agree that Brock Holt's story and all-star season is interesting. Now if only he could give say, 115%.
