Hey Guys (Rant),

Just a couple of quick questions. So you guys didn't do a season2 last year ('14 with the '13 card set??)?? Are you starting this year ('15 with the '14 card set) season1?? It looks that way but I just want to make sure. I've looked over everything in your rules, drafts etc & it's very similar to the 12 team league I'm currently involved with (NSKL).

I've looked over both vacant rosters very quickly but I wanted to look them over a little more closely. I do have an interest but I just want to make sure I'm gonna have the time to put into it but I don't see that as being too much of an issue. Can I get back with you in a day or so??

Better question is would you guys have a problem with me joining your league??

Thanks for reaching out. We did play a second season. I never updated the spreadsheet with the data. Here's a link to the season. So we'll be using the '14 set for this year. The rules are for the most part drawn from other 12-team keeper leagues in which I'm involved.

If you have enough time, you're welcome to choose one of the two squads and join the league.

Ok if everyone has no objections I'd like to take over Frank's team for the upcoming 2015 season1 & season2. Just wanted to ask if anyone would have a problem if I wanted to change my ballpark or if someone wanted my ballpark?? I'm looking to change to more of a HR oriented ballpark. I'm gonna give this year a trial run so if you guys are looking for a more long term solution as far as an an owner is concerned then I totally understand. I've always been a one league kind of guy & have stayed with that league since its inception. Juggling two leagues shouldn't be a problem but I just want to make sure. If this works out then I wouldn't go beyond these two. I have a pretty busy job (locomotive engineer for Amtrak) & when I'm at work I'm obviously 'NOT CONNECTED' by phone or internet. That being said, outside of being at the controls of a train I'm 'ALWAYS' connected via iPad, iPhone, wifi or air card (mobile hotspot). So you may not be able to reach me for a few hours but It won't be for a few days.

A few baseball things about me. I won't be an absentee owner, do not mail in games or seasons (tank) & ABSOLUTELY LUV TO TRADE. I'm all about building a team & seeing it thru.

With all that being said just let me know if I'm in. I see you're looking for a 7-31 cut date for the FA Draft & that won't be a problem at all.

I'm in the same league as Rick P. That league has been around since 2010, and Rick and I have been there from the start. We both have been playing Strat since 1984.

Despite my record of 1009 - 1097, I think I know what I'm doing.

I will be glad to take whatever team is available.

Since I'm a Phillies fan, I don't have a team to root for in real life, so I may as well get some more baseball in this way.

I'm usually online during the work day 8:30 - 5 PM EST. and check my email at some point during the night.
