Mighty Casey KL - League Loading, West loading

I messaged him earlier today. No response yet.

At this point, I dont know if the league creator for the 2nd season, can change the league settings, but if so...

Change it so a manager can own multiple teams, and I will enter his team so we can continue with this league.

It will give him a few months to decide if he is going to continue or not. And let us finish this season out.

I did this once before for the 2 1/2 team retro league that finished last year. Basic courtesies observed, no trading of the other team, no screwing with settings when my team plays it, blah blah blah...

Let me know what you guys think, if ya wanna go this route or not.

Hey guys! Sorry for the delay… Things have been tough with travel, planning, and some other issues that hit our family really tough. It seems one bad thing after another! I want to be part of the league, but don't have the focus or time as of right now. You can do what was stated and hopefully in a few weeks things will get better with my family and what we are dealing with.

I am fine with it as well. Would like to hear from more of the league before doing it.

Basically the way I look at it these are the options.

1. Have MG temporarily take over Mwatsons team.
2. Wait a few more weeks for Mwatson
3. Find a half season replacement player
4. Replace Mwatson all together
5. Not have a 2nd season.

I do not like option 4 or 5.

Option 3 I believe is unlikely (who wants to take over team for half season) and potentially hurtful to Mwatson's team if they have full control.

Option 2 is fine with me. We might simply have to revert back to options 1, 3, 4 or 5 in a few weeks.

Option 1 both MG and Mwatson seem to be agreeable to it, and it gets us started next Monday.

I would be one of the first to say get rid of a owner who is not active in the league and consistently holding it up. This is not the case with Mwatson though. He was been a reliable owner in the past. He currently has what sounds like a serious family problem to deal with and still wants to be part of the league next season when he can again enjoy this hobby. We should grant him some time. Option 1 I think is best solution.

This is my 2 cents on the issue. As of right now we have 4 owners who are agreeable to Option 1.

I would be for option 1 ONLY IF when mwatson's team is entered that no options or lineups are set, let HAL has full control of team, otherwise, I highly doubt that everyone else can come to agreement on team setting and lineups. If one person does set options/lineups, then that becomes unfair.

I'm ok with this as well.

Im fine with options 1 or 2 and even 3 if that's possible. I don't know about the team settings but for the lineups we could use his lineups from the 1st season.
