SHARKNADO A-L ONLY LEAGUE

JeepDriver, the person we thought were losing from our current league, Zim, just posted that he would do this league after all.

It's no problem, but you guys really shouldn't have advertised for another Owner and then renege on it 55 minutes after I said I would join.

Of course I read the whole thing, but everyone is returning, and that's not the point anyway. Read the ad MEAT put on the boards. You specifically said not only did you need a replacement, but you needed a vet Manager used to live drafts. It was very uncool the way it was handled, but I understand mistakes happen. Just own up to it.

I must be missing something outside of this story line. Zim had stated that he was not going to be able to play this time around and we wanted to fill the slot ASAP so we could get the league under way as others will be tied up shortly. Meat posted looking for a replacement and you stated that you could fill the void which was great and by that time Zim had changed his mind. I'm not sure what the mistake was or what Meat should be owing up to. Did he not send you a PM to inform you that Zim had changed his mind? Did you purchase a team ahead of time? If you did say so and I will drop out as I have not purchased a team.

Based on MEAT's ad I posted in this thread (as asked) that I was interested in filling your slot. Zim only said he was interested in rejoining AFTER I said I would do it. I'm puzzled you're not seeing what I'm seeing. That said, no hard feelings, I've moved on.

I apologize to JeepDriver for our jumping the gun on needing a player. He's a great guy and a reliable Strat player and it would have been great to have it. I appreciate him saying no hard feelings, and I'm glad he's accepted our communal apologies.

I seen Tom's post on the league message board about reconsidering, so I posted on the league message board that I would be back for another season. The only time I checked the Community board was the check on the league. Had I seen Jeep's name I wouldn't have changed my mind. I'll drop out if their is any impropriety.
