Here's the list of 12 themes:

D. El Cheapo Hitter: Every Hitter must be 4 mil or less.
E. Drug Policy: Every 40 games (3 times a season/last time at 120 games) you must drop a starter (Hitter or Pitcher) and replace him with someone else, due to (that player) failing a banned substance test.
F. Trevor May: One of worst starters in set. You must roster him and he must start every 5 days. Note: You can roster 3 day SP's (*) but they cannot be used to manipulate May into starting less than every 5 days.
G. Speed Bump: Every hitter must be set to "do not steal."
H. Power Outage: No hitter on your roster can have more than 8 HR's in his real MLB season.
