Love it all. The arranging for the initial draft, the scramble to fill holes before Opening Day, figuring strengths and weaknesses as the season starts and adjusting on the fly, trying to figure out if a star with one bad year in a mystery set is an albatross or just in a run of bad luck, looking ahead for potential manager moves. I've only played a few seasons, but it so captures the thrill of having a good team and watching it gel, or having a mediocre group that makes for a long season that never quite comes together, no matter how competitive you try to make it. I also continue to be amazed by how accurate some player seasons are reflected in the randomness of an entire year, and then how different other players' seasons turn out to be.
