Been playing for 2 yrs and have never seen one like this!
Gm 6 of the Championship series. Team up 3-1 in the 6th. Bases loaded w/ one out. On 3rd - Fisk. Set to DN Steal On 2nd Pinson. Set to DN Steal On 1st Geronimo Steal setting left blank. Team Base Stealing Setting - Normal HAL has Fisk attempt to steal home!!!!! Last batter KO's What is HAL thinking attempting a steal of home with Fisk on 3rd?? BTW, go on to lose 7-3 on a walk off grand slam! Can Anybody explain this strategy??

I agree, but this then begs the question: why call a squeeze play with a force play possible at home? Wouldn't one normally call a squeeze in a situation where the runner has the potential option to retreat to 3rd?
I'm just guessing but think all SOM squeeze plays are suicide squeezes. No safety squeeezes. So, the focus is on how bad the hitter hits and how good he bunts.
You may be correct. Metzger was the batter vs. a LHP and he was hitting .193 for the season vs. LHP. I had his Sac bunt setting at More and Team Bunting setting at Aggressive............. What a way to blow a rally!!
I little more description by SOM would be great in these situations. But the better question is, where is the pinch hitter for Metzger!!!! Game on the line and all.
